1. Order Processing

• All HairBySlayDai orders are ready-to-ship, pre-made bundle deals.

• Orders typically process within 2–4 business days.

• Custom color orders require additional processing time — please allow an extra 3–5 business days for coloring and quality control before shipment.

• During high-volume sales (like Buy 3 Get 3 Free promotions), processing may take up to 7 business days due to order volume.

• Processing time excludes weekends and holidays. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.

2. Shipping

• Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 2–4 business days after your order has been processed.

• HairBySlayDai is not responsible for shipping delays, weather issues, customs holds, or carrier errors.

• Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

• Please confirm your shipping address before checkout; address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed.

3. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Due to the nature of hair products, all sales are final.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges once the hair has left our facility.

• If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number for review.

• Refunds or replacements are only issued if approved by management after review.

4. Promotions & Bundle Deals

• Promotional offers like Buy 3 Get 3 Free are valid only during the active sale period.

• Discounts cannot be combined or applied retroactively to previous orders.

• Orders placed outside the promotional window will not qualify for the sale pricing.

5. Product Disclaimer

• All HairBySlayDai bundles are made from 100% raw, unprocessed human hair.

• Our hair has not been chemically treated, steam-textured, or dyed — each bundle is cuticle-aligned and naturally sourced.

• Because it is raw hair from different donors, minor variations in texture, wave pattern, or natural color tone are completely normal.

• Hair may have a slight factory or “gas” smell due to the raw collection and sanitization process — this is normal and a sign of real raw hair. The smell will fade after washing and conditioning.

• Minimal shedding or tangling may occur due to the natural cuticle structure — this is expected with real raw hair and not a defect.

• With proper care, HairBySlayDai hair can last for years and maintain its quality and shine.

6. Hair Care Instructions

To maintain the quality and longevity of your bundles:

• Wash before install using a sulfate-free shampoo and moisturizing conditioner.

• Let hair air-dry whenever possible; use low or cool heat if blow-drying.

• Avoid heavy oils or alcohol-based products that cause buildup.

• Detangle gently from ends to roots using a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush.

• Wrap or tie down your hair and sleep with a silk or satin bonnet/pillowcase to protect against friction and dryness.

• Deep condition regularly to restore moisture and shine.

7. Order Verification & Fraud Prevention

• HairBySlayDai performs random order verifications to protect our business and customers from fraud.

• You may be asked to confirm details such as billing address, ID, or payment method. This helps ensure that your payment was authorized.

• If verification is requested and not completed, your order may be delayed or canceled.

• If you are attempting to commit fraud, file false disputes, or use unauthorized payment methods — stay away from our site.

• Fraudulent orders, false chargebacks, or any misuse of our business will result in legal action.

8. Chargebacks, Disputes & Legal Action

• Filing a chargeback or dispute without first contacting HairBySlayDai is considered fraudulent behavior.

• We maintain full proof of shipment, delivery, and communication for all orders.

• Any false claims or disputes will result in immediate investigation and legal proceedings to recover losses, fees, and damages.

• We fully cooperate with banks, payment processors, and law enforcement to address fraudulent activity.

• We reserve the right to permanently ban any customer engaged in chargeback abuse or payment fraud.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

• Once your order is marked Delivered, HairBySlayDai is not responsible for stolen or missing packages.

• Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

• We recommend using a secure address or selecting signature-required delivery at checkout when available.

10. Order Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing or shipped.

• Please review your order details carefully before submitting payment.

11. Account Suspension & Bans

• HairBySlayDai reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or ban any individual suspected of fraud, harassment, or policy abuse.

12. Policy Updates

• HairBySlayDai may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Continued use of our website or purchase of our products indicates your acceptance of the latest version.

13. Governing Law
